User Agreement
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials secure and do not transfer, lend, or share your account.
2. Service scope
Whispy provides anonymous publishing, interactions, direct messaging, audio programs, and related wellbeing-community features. Features may change with reasonable notice where practical.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of eligible content. You grant Whispy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, moderate, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not publish illegal, abusive, deceptive, sexually explicit, violent, self-harm-promoting, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Do not harass users, evade enforcement, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation.
5. Virtual items
Star Coins are consumable virtual items for in-app gifts. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Except where law requires otherwise, duplicate charges and verified system errors, completed virtual-item transactions are final.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may limit or close accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Eligible decisions can be appealed through the Safety Center.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable losses caused by our breach.
